In this new age we face a lot of problems every day. These problems can be of many types and the health related problems have been no less. Problems of infertility or homosexuality have been increasing in today’s world and the only thing that comes to our rescue is surrogacy. Surrogacy has helped many people throughout the world have their dreams of having a biological child fulfilled. Single parent or couples who are not capable of having their own kids do have the option of adoption but many times it so happens that they wish to have their own biological child.

Surrogacy has solved many problems in the new generation today where infertility and homosexuality is a common problem. Surrogate mothers are known who give their womb for a child who is not totally yours. There are two types of surrogacy commonly known. The first one is the traditional type of surrogacy. In this the child is conceived with the surrogate mother with the help of fresh sperm or many times frozen sperm too. The child develops inside the womb of the surrogate mother and then is born in the common way. The other type of surrogacy known today is gestational surrogacy. Here the process of implantation is carried out in an embryo which is created previously. This happens basically in a clinical set up and does not require a surrogate mother to carry on which the pregnancy. This surrogacy were not approved in the earlier times but in this world it has become a very common practice because the problem of gay and infertility wasn’t an issue at all earlier. In order to get rid of these problems surrogate mothers have played a major role.

It has also been seen that sometimes these women who act as surrogate mothers are being paid. There are many women known who take surrogacy as a profession. This practice of surrogacy has become so common that people have started taken it with an open mind frame and hence it has gained such popularity. Surrogacy wasn’t accepted well earlier but in today’s modern age with all the growing problems it has proved to be a solution for the same. Even today not everyone is fine with the idea of surrogacy but we can still find individual parent or couples going for surrogacy. There have been movies and documentaries on the issue of surrogacy been developed too.
